Why should I hire Pour'd Perfections to serve at my event?

To create a memorable experience for your guests by having mocktails, cocktails, and any other beverages served in a unique way! As the host, you can focus on your event and the guests attending with you.

What services does Pour'd Perfections provide?

Pour'd Perfections does it all! We offer bar trailer rental, bartender service, champagne wall rental, candy station, hydration stations, and much more! Please see our full list of add-on services HERE.

Do you decorate the bar?

Minimal decorations will be provided to the trailer based on the type of event. We have friends in the business too! We are more than happy to get you in touch with our preferred vendors if it's outside of our scope of work. We want your event to be a hit!

How big is the trailer?

The trailer is 10' x 6' x 7'. We can fit indoors if the venue has a standard double-door entryway or a garage door opening. Prior to booking, we will contact your venue to ensure the trailer will work in the desired space.

Does Pour'd Perfections provide the alcohol?

State laws prevent us from providing or selling you alcohol. Florida is considered a dry hire. We will provide all the mixers, garnishes, ice, glasses, napkins, and other accessories for your event. As the host, you will need to purchase the alcohol and we can pick it up and serve it. We can connect you with our amazing preferred vendors to purchase the alcohol!

What is a dry hire?

In the state of Florida, mobile bars are not permitted to purchase alcoholic items.  As per the regulations, it is the event host's responsibility to handle the purchase of any alcoholic products for the event. We can serve and transfer the items but are not able to sell them. Pour'd Perfections provides all the dry items!

What happens to unopened bottles that I've purchased?

We hope to use every bottle purchased by you, however, if there are remaining bottles they are yours to take home and enjoy!

What is the price per person?

The selected package or serving options will determine the price. The dry hire fee per person is between $5-$10 for each package. We work directly with you, creating customized proposals for your event booking to keep you involved in the pricing every step of the way.

What areas do you serve?

We will travel within 4 hours of Jacksonville, FL. There is a travel fee that will be added to your quote depending of the location of the event. Travel fees are $1 per mile based on a roundtrip. Depending on location, accommodations for 1 night might need to be provided.

What if I want another type of bar?

The best thing about our bar is it can be almost any type of bar that you want! We can serve smoothies, juices, lemonades, frozen drinks, cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, flavored water, soda! If you have any idea for your event that you don't see listed, please send us an inquiry HERE and we can help make that dream a reality!

Can I rent just the trailer for my venue?

Yes! Not only do we offer full-service bartending, but we also have the option to rent just the bar trailer and your event can be hosted directly by your venue, provided they have a liquor license and bartenders!

How do I know how much alcohol to purchase?

Yes! We can assist you with quantities based on your drink selection, guest count, and number of hours for the event. We encourage you to customize your drink package based on the demographics of your guests.

Can I pick my own specialty drinks?

Yes! We work with you for each of our packages to select a number of specialty drinks for your event! If you can't think of any but know that you want something special, please view our specialty drink menu HERE for some inspiration.

Are you insured?

Our priority is providing a safe and fun event, therefore we have general liability and liquor liability insurance.

Are there any requirements for service?

The mobile bar requires flat ground for set up and service, and clear access upon set up and break down to enter and leave the location.

When should I book?

Booking the trailer and any of our add-ons is based on availability. The more notice the better as our calendar can get filled quickly after events and showcases of our trailer! Please send an inquiry HERE to receive a custom quote for your event.

What happens if it rains?

We cannot accommodate rain dates due to our advance bookings. The host is responsible for the tent cover of the trailer in the event of inclement weather.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, in order to secure the trailer and our services, we will require 50% deposit when the contract is signed and the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event date. Gratuity is greatly appreciated. During the discovery call, you can determine if you want gratuity added to the invoice or if our bartenders should put out a tip jar.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payments in the form of cash, check, debit, and credit card. We partner with trusted platforms such as Square to receive online payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans can change. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund 20% of the deposit.
